How long will it take?
Most single computer issues can be resolved within 1-2 hours. Small Home Entertainment setup is generally finished within 1-2 hours as well. If you've got a computer that won't boot, a wireless network that won't connect and a Home Entertainment system still in all the boxes, a service call could take 3-4 hours. I'll give you a time estimate based on what you need so there won't be any surprises.

Parts and Cables:
If you're missing cables for your electronics or need parts for your computer, I can help you find what you need to make the connection and make things work. Before you go out and buy the expensive "Monster Cables" from a big box store, let me know what you're looking for. Most of the time the difference between $140 cables and $40 cables is that the $140 cables come in a plastic box with a famous brand name on them. When it comes to computer parts, a hard drive or DVD Burner in an electro-static bag is exactly the same as the part in the big cardboard box, minus $40 or so.

Take Notice if you want me to repair your computer!
By hiring me to fix your computer, you agree that you have already done an adequate backup to retain all of your important data, and that if, in the course of my repairs, there is any sort of data loss you won't hold me liable. The sad truth of computing these days is that there is always an uncertainty when a virus or hardware failure is involed. I will backup your files to the best of my abilities regardless of your own backup procedures. In addition, while I will make the best efforts to remove any viruses, spyware, etc., it is possible that some can be installed due to your computer being exposed to the internet. You also agree not to hold me liable for any virus or spyware that infects your computer via a windows backdoor, hacking attempt or infected software you supply.

Take Notice if you want me to setup your home entertainment center!
By hiring me to setup your TV, DVD, or stereo you agree that you have taken adequate measures to secure your hardware with a proper and stable base so it will not fall over! You agree that you will not hold me liable for any accidents involving your hardware that has not been secured properly. Also please note that I will not be able to set up large (48+ inches) televisions by myself safely, so you may be asked to help to adjust the set.
